At Evolve Wellness, we strive to provide exceptional wellness services and ensure every client has a positive experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below.
Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for rescheduling at no charge.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment is subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost..
No-Shows: Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged the full amount. No refunds will be issued.
Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment. Refunds or credits are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Unused Sessions: Refunds for unused sessions will not be made. In certain cases where its not possible to complete the sessions in a package then a transfer may be approved depending on the circumstances at the absolute discretion of the company.
Memberships: Monthly memberships (such as Class Passes) cannot be cancelled at any time. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of the month.
Cancellations: refunds may be considered for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Transaction costs will be deductible where a refund is approved. This is always subject to the specific terms and conditions of the offer (e.g. such s early bird offers which have a non-refundable deposit).
Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 72 hours may receive a credit toward a future event.
Liability: If bookings have been confirmed with any third-party vendors (e.g. trainers, equipment providers, performers) and is unable to recover those costs, the client remains liable for those charges in full if client cancels.
External Venue: If a venue has been booked and paid for by Evolve, and the client cancels outside of the venue’s cancellation terms, the client will be invoiced the full venue charge.
Non-Attendance: No refunds or credits for no-shows.
