Stage 1: Organisation Appraisal & Strategy Objectives

Research, evaluation and planning through comprehensive workforce assessments, situational appraisal, and gap analysis. This data and process will provide a clear understanding of your organisational needs resulting in strategic objectives that are aligned with business goals being developed.

Stage 2: Programme Design: Action Plan

Design a 12-month plan including high-impact activations and interventions that adopts a holistic approach covering the best practice for key domains of workplace health and wellbeing and considers utilization of internal resources and budgeting frameworks.

Stage 3: Programme Delivery: Initiative Planning & Execution

Support ongoing programme execution through internal communications enhancement, third-party vendor recommendations, selection and management to ensure seamless delivery.

Stage 4: Programme Outcomes Review and Feedback

Assessing the impact of various initiatives and effectiveness of the overall Action Plan by carrying out a robust evaluation process through rigorous feedback loops on each aspect of the programme and providing recommendations on refining initiatives to enhance future outcomes.
