The emergence of Rehab Pilates as a form of rehabilitation is on the surge across the world. Awareness is increasing of the positive effects of regular Pilates practice due to its focus on body alignment. This has led to the development of clinical Pilates because of the great role it can play being an extremely effective form of rehabilitation exercise.
We have devised a 10 week programme which clients undertake as part of a rehabilitation exercise programme that guarantees recovery progress. This is a great programme for injured clients to reactivate their exercise routine in a safe way.
