Refund and Cancellation Policy
Different rules may apply to different services and packages but as a general rule if a client does not cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the fee that would normally be charged for that service. All cancellations must therefore be made 24 hours in advance by phone or email or by other means which is confirmed as received in order to ensure that no charge will be applied.
Payment for sessions must be made at the time of booking. Once purchased, your sessions are non- refundable and non-transferable.
