We offer training in the ancient martial art of Thai boxing which is known as ‘Muay Thai’. Muay Thai has been used by armies in South East Asia as a form of combat training since the 13th century. This ancient martial art was designed to utilise every part of your body which could be effective in combat.
The body conditioning techniques used in Muay Thai are extremely varied and work all major muscle groups. Most of all Muay Thai is fun and a great way to boost your fitness levels fast as it provides a good form of cardiovascular exercise.
Practicing Muay Thai will jump start your fitness training programme. We offer one-to-one and group classes for all levels, no matter what your gender, age or current fitness condition is.

As a newcomer, you will be made to feel welcome. You will start by learning the basic techniques and working on pads. Also, and this is the bad part, you will be doing countless push-ups, sit-ups, squat thrusts, and various other body weight exercises designed to leave you a trembling wreck. Good part is it makes you stronger and have a more athletic body that most of us work for. Will you have to spar? Well no one is going to throw you in the ring until you're ready... and even then, it'll be up to you! A lot of people take up Muay Thai for its health benefits, and spar very seldom. Beginners do not spar.
