Muay Thai Training

We offer training in the ancient martial art of Thai boxing which is know as ‘Muay Thai’. Muay Thai has been used by armies in South East Asia as a form of combat training since the 13th century. This ancient martial art was designed to utilise every part of your body which could be effective in combat.

The body conditioning techniques used in Muay Thai are extremely varied and work all major muscle groups. Most of all Muay Thai is fun and a great way to boost your fitness levels fast as it provides a good form of cardiovascular exercise.
